What platforms are compatible?
The primary application is Windows based. Our Android app is an add-on to the main system, so you will need at least one Windows machine to access all the features. There are tools available to allow it to run on Mac.
What type of database is used?
There are three options to choose from for your PeopleTrack database: MS Access, a locally hosted SQL server, or our hosted Cloud database. All three are freely accessible for third party integrations.
What support is included?
Locally hosted systems include a 1-year service maintenance agreement (SMA) which entitles you to all program updates, as well as phone, email, and remote support. Renewal is optional. Cloud users have all support included with their annual subscription, in addition to other benefits.
Can I use my existing data?
Yes! We have a variety of methods available to sync or import data from another system. Typically this can be done without needing to re-issue ID cards, or disrupt the customers experience.
What card design systems are compatible?
PeopleTrack can integrate seamlessly with: Card Exchange, Card Studio, Card Presso, Instant ID, ID Core, Badge Designer, Badgepass, and more!
What are the system requirements?
Any Windows machine made within the last 10 years can easily run our software. Unless you have very unusual circumstances, this is rarely a concern. Cloud users will require an internet connection.
