Guest Tracking
Knowing which members are visiting your facility is easy with member tracking software, but keeping track of how many they are bringing with them can be a messy process. Software users will often approach this issue in a variety of ways; Some will scan a generic Guest card and log the visits, others will simply type in the number of visitors into a text field and tally up those numbers later.
To better serve our Membership customers, PeopleTrack recently had its Guest Tracking features upgraded in order to help HOA’s and Community Centers more efficiently handle this issue. It is now exceptionally easy to document the visit details pertaining to the guests the members are bringing with them into the facility. At the click of a button, the number of guests are logged, the available visits are deducted from the members pass, they are checked in, and the visitors are automatically tallied.
This improvement will greatly help users when researching Guest Pass usage, as well as provide the data necessary to predict and understand the popularity of an activity, event, or location for non-members.
